Stunning viewpoint overlooking Champagne vineyards and plains. Sloping grass area with shade in upper village. Easy road access. No services—must leave pristine. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a night surrounded by nature. Occasional early morning farm traffic.
