The Camper’s take
Free shaded parking overlooking the castle, ideal for a stopover. Public restrooms and picnic tables on-site. Sound and light show in summer (July-August). Grassy terrain becomes unstable in wet weather; access is narrow and winding. No services (water, electricity, waste disposal) at the parking. Very quiet outside peak season. 10 minutes' walk to the village.

Motorhome access : Narrow and winding access, uphill road with hairpin bend at the end. Low branches restrict passage. Vehicles up to 7–7.2m confirmed but maneuvering is tricky. Best to approach from the north. Grass terrain: slippery when wet; stabilized sections available.
