Peaceful parking beside the Loire lateral canal, near Nevers (3-4 km by cycle path). Access via well-maintained cycle track; bucolic setting with lock views. Bins and picnic tables available. Highway noise audible but rarely intrusive. Ideal for cyclists and walkers. Few spots (3-5), flat terrain. No services (water, electricity, toilets).
