Grassy clearing at the summit of Mont-des-Cats with excellent panoramic views. Peaceful natural setting ideal for an overnight transit stop. Parking on grass (muddy conditions in heavy rain). Near an abbey, hiking trails and a cheese shop. Event hall and vacant house nearby. No facilities. Caution advised for maneuvers in wet conditions.
