Inclined tarmac parking at the Roche du Prêtre viewpoint, very sloped except 2-3 level spots at top or entrance. Stunning views over Consolation valley and abbey. Peaceful, natural setting ideal for hiking (cirque, waterfall, cave). Low traffic before 10am. Wildlife (chamois) visible. No declared services; a bin mentioned by some visitors. Steep terrain requires good levelling blocks.

Motorhome access : Parking on tarmac but very steep. Difficult maneuvering. Only 2-3 relatively flat spots: two at the entrance on the left, one at the top between the trees. Bring good wheel chocks. Access from the main road is poorly signposted.
