Coastal parking lot on a seawall overlooking a bay, directly facing the sea. Generous space with low occupancy (occasional fishermen and kite surfers). Access controlled by a height barrier (2.10 m) often left open but unpredictable. Main drawback: immediate proximity to a heavy industrial zone (refining, petrochemistry) causing strong chemical odors and air pollution. Beach access available, sparse camping-car density.
