The Camper’s take
Dream spot on the edge of a Camargue lagoon: direct beach access with sandy shore and stunning views of water and flamingos. Very accessible terrain for RVs despite ruts and stones. Guaranteed isolation out of season. Downsides: aircraft noise from nearby Marignane airport, frequent wind, muddy road after rain, height limit now 1.80 m (recent barrier).

Good to know

Motorhome access : Access road is gravelly and bumpy with potholes and muddy/clay sections. Suitable for standard motorhomes (confirmed with 8m vehicles and Renault Master), but requires caution and slow driving. Last 100m are particularly slippery when wet. Easy to maneuver once on site.
