The Camper’s take
High-altitude forest clearing in Ariège with breathtaking Pyrenees views. Access via Soulan road (recommended) or Erp (narrow, rough final track). Multiple shaded parking areas, picnic tables, non-potable water point. Very busy with hikers and cyclists during day, quiet at night. Challenging access for larger vehicles.

- Narrow and stony road access via Erp, tricky for large vehicles

Motorhome access : Challenging access: prefer the Soulan road (well-maintained). Avoid Erp: final km on a narrow, stony, difficult track for vehicles over 2 m wide. Maneuvering possible; several flat parking areas available.
