The Camper’s take
Small gravel parking beside Lake Adour, 15 km from Tarbes. Access via gravelled road but passable, multiple shaded parking areas. Pontoon for kayaking and paddling. Evening tranquility with daytime fishermen and walkers. Bins available, pets welcome. Note: parking prohibited 20h–6h on certain sections (new regulation). Ideal for rest and swimming.

Motorhome access : Gravel path accessible but rough for about 300m. Possible for large motorhomes but requires planning for maneuvering. 2m height barrier at the entrance (constantly open according to reports). Two entrances with different regulations.
