Basic parking with no official services near a beach and restaurant. Currently closed from main road due to construction work. Very quiet at night with nice view over the pond. Subtle lighting. Some traffic until midnight then peaceful. Degraded condition: vehicle beach access closed, now just a paved parking lot. A better alternative spot is available nearby to the north.
