Free modern campground (21 pitches) on the outskirts of Alba-la-Romaine, a charming medieval village in Ardèche. Stabilized, shaded, well-marked pitches. Service station available (water/grey and black water disposal, €3). Easy access to village shops, bakeries, restaurants. Very peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a quiet stop before exploring the Gallo-Roman site and castle. Popular, especially peak season.
