La municipalité de Brioude a aménagé un nouveau parking gratuit pour camping-cars juste après l'ancienne aire de stationnement, derrière un bureau et le skatepark. Il n'y a pas d'installations, mais aucun panneau d'interdiction de passer la nuit n'est visible. Le centre-ville, avec ses commerces et restaurants (ainsi que quelques aires de jeux et un aquarium), est facilement accessible à pied. Un ascenseur est également disponible sur le parking voisin.
