The Camper’s take
Free parking area beside the Moselotte river in the village center. Six generous asphalt pitches. Full services (water, electricity, waste disposal) at modest prices (€2 per 100L water). Exceptionally peaceful setting, pleasant surroundings, close to shops and hiking trails. GPS access unreliable, water flow sometimes weak. Security concerns noted.
Highlights
- Very quiet and secure with a unanimously peaceful vibe
- Pleasant riverside setting with immediate access to hikes and walks
- Full facilities free (drainage), reasonable water/electricity rates
- Friendly village with all amenities
Good to know
- GPS location inaccurate: better take Impasse Perrin → Chemin des Colverts
- Slow water flow (sometimes only 60-70L in 10 minutes instead of 100L)
- Winter services not available (unheated tap)
- Security incident reported: nighttime vandalism/projectiles (1 review)
Motorhome access : Access via dead-end Perrin then Chemin des Colverts (no through road). Do not follow GPS. Six spacious asphalt pitches, slightly sloped; tight maneuvering. Large vehicles over 7 m may find space tight. Otherwise easy parking.
