C'est une aire de stationnement pour camping-cars (Sans services). Le stationnement est payant. C'est un très bon quartier de la ville, à côté de la marina. Auparavant, il devait s'agir d'un simple parking pour véhicules mais la mairie l'a transformé en parking pour nos véhicules. Pour le remplissage et la vidange des eaux grises et noires il y a un point à 3 min. Il dispose également de bacs de recyclage et à 20 m il y a une cafétéria devant la marina et des restaurants le long des deux marinas.
