The Camper’s take
Free municipal area with 20 pitches near La Roche-sur-Foron town centre. Water, black water and greywater drainage services (greywater partially under maintenance). Very challenging access: steep gradient, hairpin turn, narrow passage limited to 6–7 m maximum. Recently renovated but uneven pitches, shared with cars. Calm riverside setting, shops nearby. Free but requires skilled driving.

Good to know
- Extremely difficult access: 10-12% gradient, hairpin bend, very narrow.
- Strict 6-7m limit (several campervans over 7m got stuck)

Motorhome access : Very technical access for small vehicles only (< 7 m) and experienced drivers. Steep descent/ascent over 10% with tight right-angle turn and single lane: no room to pass. Many reports of it being "almost blocking" even for 7–7.5 m vehicles.
