Belle aire de 3 emplacements de camping car derrière le terrain de foot. Belle église, château privé et il y a une bonne auberge hôtel restaurant et bar au centre ville en face de la mairie et de l'église cela veut le détour.
The Camper’s take
Free small campground with just 3 pitches nestled in woodland behind the sports field, offering free electricity and waste disposal. Charming village with well-regarded inn-restaurant nearby. Easy forest walks and access to Saint-Auvent cave. Access complicated by low-height stone arch. Services shut down November to March.
Highlights
- Very peaceful and natural setting with a serene forest
- All services free (electricity, water, waste disposal)
- Easy pedestrian access to the village and marked hiking trails
- Welcoming municipal community with well-maintained facilities
Good to know
- Only 3 spots, often full in peak season
- Tricky access (low gate and narrow maneuvers)
- Services completely shut down in winter (Nov–Mar)
- Toilets about 75m away at the stadium, closed off-season
Motorhome access : Access reputedly tricky due to a stone archway (advertised 2.3 m but actually ~3 m); narrow maneuvers to the pitches. Suitable for moderate-sized vehicles, not recommended for motorhomes over 8 m. Slightly sloped but stable terrain.
