The Camper’s take
Small free parking (5 spaces) by Dorres Roman Baths, 5 minutes' walk from the thermal pools (€6 entry). Free potable water and grey/black water disposal, but taps require effort and terrain is steeply sloped. Toilets and showers available at the baths for a fee. Very peaceful spot, ideal for servicing and bathing rather than overnight stays. Access road is steep and narrow.
