Historic campsite area in the village of Melle (Deux-Sèvres), 30 km from Niort and 35 km from the Poitevin Marshes. Spacious shaded pitches under trees. Variable services: water, electricity, black/grey water disposal, sanitaries (July–October), hot showers, wifi. Pleasant walking access to village centre. Many hiking trails nearby (Discovery Path, arboretum, silver mines). Muddy terrain in wet weather; limited hardstanding pitches.
