The Camper’s take
Former municipal campground converted into a Camping-Car Park with 20 spacious, well-shaded pitches in a pine woodland. Adjacent to a fishing pond, 10 minutes by bike from Loudun town centre. Electricity available at each pitch. Spotless toilet and shower facilities (open June-September). Access via Camping-Car Park app (€5 lifetime card). Around €12-14 per night. Peaceful setting, ideal stopover between Futuroscope and Loire Valley châteaux.

Good to know

Motorhome access : Very narrow entrance with unclear signage. Access road at the limit of passage (some users report difficulty maneuvering even with small vans). One report mentions an unmarked height restriction. Once on site, pitches are spacious and maneuvers easy.
