Motorhome park in the heart of La Baule-Pouliguen marina, 10-15 minutes on foot from the beach and town center. Direct access to the Vélocéan cycle path. Basic services (water, electricity, waste disposal). Vehicles parked in a single line along a wall with tight, sloping pitches. Atmosphere varies: quiet at night but frequent scooter, bike and marina user traffic during the day. Functional rather than scenic location.
