Calme la nuit, circulation dense dès 6h du matin. Fortement recommandé pour explorer Nice car la gare est à seulement 5 minutes et à 10 minutes du centre de Nice.

Small 5-spot parking near Nice (train station 5 min, city center 10 min). Free 5 PM–10 AM. Quick access to trains and shopping (Cap3000). Very noisy location (traffic, highway, buses). Usually occupied by permanent residents (typically only 2–3 spots free). Security mixed: several break-ins reported, but also reassuring reviews. Good base to explore Nice/Monaco by public transport, less suitable for a peaceful stay.
