Large free parking area on grassland at the edge of Sainte-Croix-Volvestre village, with functional water, waste disposal and basic toilet facilities. Generally very peaceful and suitable for short stops. Warning: terrain becomes waterlogged in heavy rain, facilities sometimes poorly maintained. Charming village with good local restaurant (Le Poulpe du Lac) and swimming spot. Occasional party groups and stray dogs reported.
