Spacious waterfront location on Gruissan lagoon, calm and well-maintained. Outstanding warm hospitality. Close to shops (Intermarché 5 min), safe cycling paths and water sports/fishing. Water and electricity available but outlets concentrated. Winter closure (31 August). Ground covered with sharp thorns problematic for tyres and footwear.
