Services advertised (water, paid electricity via tokens, waste disposal) but actual availability inconsistent: water access often blocked or lacking adapters, winter services closed. Sunday market, excellent bakery, welcoming restaurants. Most pitches are sloped. Recurring issue: long-term residential vans occupying the best level spots.
