Small, family-friendly municipal campsite in a charming historic village (Lyons-la-Forêt), riverside setting with generous grass pitches. Basic but clean facilities; electricity, water, showers, wifi and snack bar available. Warm welcome reported. Reasonable prices; useful backup when nearby motorhome park is full. Note: muddy terrain in heavy rain; limited English spoken.

Motorhome access : Spots are very generous on grass. Ground is spongy and wet when it rains: risk of getting stuck. Easy to manoeuvre but be cautious in wet conditions.
