Camping du Puy-en-Velay *** Notre camping se trouve au cœur du Puy-en-Velay, ville classée au Patrimoine Mondial de l'UNESCO. Il est également situé sur le Chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle, en bordure de rivière et au pied des célèbres rochers où dominent la statue de la Vierge et le cloître. Attention accueil fermé entre 12h et 14h et difficile de stationner devant. Pensez à réserver à l’avance en haute saison car le camping est vite complet.
The Camper’s take
Three-star campsite perfectly located in the heart of historic Puy-en-Velay (UNESCO site), at the foot of iconic rock formations and on the Compostelle pilgrimage route. Flat, well-shaded pitches of good size. Friendly reception but closed 12-2pm. Hot water issues reported by several recent guests. Booking strongly recommended in peak season. Supermarket and old town within 10-15 min walk.
