Well-maintained municipal campsite with spacious, hedged pitches beside the Sarthe river, 20 minutes' walk from Sablé town centre. Swimming pool, modern facilities, and spotless sanitation blocks. Very welcoming staff, excellent value (€14-20/night for two with electricity). Large shaded plots appeal to families and walkers seeking quiet. Important: ignore GPS and follow Hippodrome road signs. Exceptional cleanliness and atmosphere.

Motorhome access : Easy access for motorhomes with spacious pitches (7.50m accepted without issue). Well-marked roads to the Hippodrome. Avoid: do not follow GPS leading to the city center.
