Sanitary facilities aging and poorly maintained (missing toilet seats, inconsistent cleaning), though hot water adequate. Free wifi, accessible hookups. Ideal base for D-Day sites and coastal cycling. Can be noisy during holiday weekends despite quiet hours policy.
