Les sanitaires sont neufs et très bien entretenus. Piscine couverte et chauffée. Au niveau des services, uniquement vidange WC. Au bord des pistes cyclables. À 500m du lac de Biscarrosse.

Shaded campsite 500 m from Biscarrosse Lake, accessible via cycle paths. Spacious and well-maintained pitches, new but occasionally poorly cleaned facilities. Covered and heated pool is a plus, though water is cold and bathing rules are strict (regulated swimwear). Reception varies, with some praising friendly service and others reporting tensions. Wi-Fi is paid and water refill points for motorhomes are scarce.
