The Camper’s take
Municipal campsite with grassy, shaded pitches on flat terrain, close to town centre and Pal amusement park (8-15 min). Water and electricity on-site. Large, well-spaced pitches. Highly praised reception and hospitality. Baker calls each morning. Municipal pool 100 m away. Regularly cleaned but ageing facilities. No double-axle vehicles. Very affordable rates (€11-22/night).

Good to know
- Outdated, aging restrooms needing renovation
- Showers are not thermostatically controlled (water can be dangerously hot)
- Taps with automatic shut-off are impractical
- Some pitches near busy streets can be noisy
- Payment only in cash (no card accepted)
- Restricted entry/exit times, closed at night
Motorhome access : Easy access for standard motorhomes. Flat, grassy terrain with easy maneuvering. No double-axle vehicles allowed. Well-equipped motorhome service area.
