Camping agréable, piscine bien entretenue mais l’aire de jeux était fréquentée par des grands enfants mal intentionnés vis à vis des plus jeunes. Sanitaires très corrects et assez propres.

The Camper’s take
Municipal beachside campground in Fouras, 5-minute walk from the beach and 10-15 minutes from town centre. Large shaded pitches with hedging, heated pool, generally clean facilities. Services include electricity, wifi, on-site restaurant/pizzeria. Excellent reception reported. Weight limit 3.5 t. Family-friendly atmosphere but noisy during peak season (events, main road).

Good to know
- Very noisy in peak season: entertainment and shows until 11 PM, busy boulevard
- Toilets get overwhelmed at peak times, hot water supply is unreliable
- Huge campsite with a factory-like tourist atmosphere in summer
- Mosquitoes reported everywhere (bring repellent)
Motorhome access : Spacious large pitches. Weight limit: motorhomes over 3.5t not accepted. Generally easy access and parking. Note: some pitches near the road have uneven slopes.
