Full facilities (electricity, water, wifi, bakery). Functional but aging, poorly maintained sanitary blocks. Uneven ground quality: muddy after rain, litter scattered, haphazard pitch management. Reception often unmanned. Suitable for a brief urban stop, not extended stays.
