Small shaded riverside campsite on the Dordogne, steps from town centre. Spacious grassy pitches with brand new, clean facilities. Warm welcome from new owners. Very peaceful, perfect for stopovers. Small river beach, canoeing and cycling access. Very affordable rates (€15-24/night). Nearby "Battle of Castillon" show with free shuttle service. Downsides: tree debris and plane-tree insects, laundry facilities missing despite older claims.
