Excellent site au pied de la colline sur laquelle se trouve la majeure partie de Montreuil sur Mer. Je l'utilise comme site de tournée bien que, comme pour de nombreux sites français, il y ait aussi des statiques ici, mais rien de pire pour cela. Bonnes installations. Montreuil est un endroit charmant. J'utilise aussi l'aire au sommet de la colline de la ville même quand je me sens faible et faible !! Camping La Fontaine des Clercs.
The Camper’s take
Small family-friendly campsite at the foot of Montreuil-sur-Mer's fortifications, 15 minutes' walk from town centre and citadel. Pleasant riverside setting with spacious terraced pitches and well-maintained but older sanitary facilities. Friendly reception. Baker's van visits daily mornings. Limited access for large motorhomes; 3 m height barrier restricts lower section. Good value (€19-25/night).

- Very narrow access with difficult maneuvering for large motorhomes
- Outdated restrooms, though very clean
- Reception rarely available (2pm–7pm), hard to reach
Motorhome access : Narrow and tricky exit access (narrow alley with sharp turn); 3m barrier restricts access to the lower area. Caution needed for large vehicles (>3.10m or >7.50m depending on sector).
