The Camper’s take
Lakeside nature campsite in Auvergne with large, tiered pitches and heated indoor pool. Brand-new, immaculate sanitary facilities. Warm, professional welcome. Beach 5 minutes away, hiking trail to Val Castle. Uneven terrain requires levelling blocks. Lake access difficult (0.5 km steep track). Reception closed midday (12:30-16:00) low season. Some pitches not suitable for campervans. Excellent value off-season.
