Small, shaded family campsite in Biot, 5 minutes' walk from Biot train station and 300 m from a pebble beach. Very friendly owner welcome. Basic but clean facilities. Fresh bread delivery each morning. Train ideal for visiting Nice, Monaco, Cannes. Noisy location (road traffic, nearby amusement park) especially evenings. Tight layout with difficult maneuvering for vehicles over 7 m.

Motorhome access : Narrow entrance with a coded gate. Very compact area with narrow lanes and tricky maneuvers. Avoid for campervans > 7 m. Easy access to camper services (water/waste) but tight.
