Camping de Cognac***. Situé sur une île et extrêmement arboré il offre une belle fraîcheur même par forte chaleur. Accueil très sympathique. Sanitaires très propres. Situé à 2 km du centre de Cognac : bonne localisation pour le festival de blues. Faisable à pied mais mieux en vélo ou scooter. Idéal pour découvrir Cognac et sa région, pour faire du vélo (piste cyclable à partir du camping), se baigner en été, se reposer. En été, le camping dispose d'un snack délicieux et sympathique, qui fait aussi dépôt de pain.

Shaded municipal campsite beside the Charente, 2 km from Cognac center. Spacious pitches, summer swimming pool, snack-bar. Easy cycle or foot access to town via greenway. Basic facilities generally available but maintenance inconsistent: cleanliness ranges from spotless to poor depending on season. Staff variable. Good value outside peak summer.
