The Camper’s take
4-star campsite along the Ill river, 2 km from Colmar city centre, accessible on foot or by bike. 150 pitches across 5 hectares, some riverside. Heated pool, modern clean facilities, bakery service. Staff exceptionally friendly. Main drawback: significant highway noise from the nearby A36 (varies by pitch). Too loud for a long stay, ideal for a stopover.
