The Camper’s take
Small 2-star municipal campsite in Alsace, open April-October, ideally located near the Sarre Canal with cycling paths. Swimming and fishing lake. Large stabilized pitches, newly renovated sanitary facilities, hot water. Very welcoming staff. Basic services included (electricity, water). Fresh bread available on order. Affordable rates (€18-20). Some drawbacks: French-style toilets, uneven pitches, occasional maintenance issues. Quiet atmosphere, ideal for cycling tourism.

Motorhome access : Easy access for motorhomes up to 8-9 m long. Stabilized but uneven pitches. Suitable maneuvering space. Gate closes 8:30 PM–7 AM: plan for late arrivals/departures.
